Since 1985, Curoil has been supplying bunker fuel to ships passing through the Southern Caribbean. With our bases of operation located on Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao (The ABC Islands), strategically located at the junction of North and South America, we have easy access to the countries in the western hemisphere.
For ships from all over the globe, the ABC Islands, part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, are an ideal location for refueling and maintenance. Due to the islands’ stable tropical climate, deep natural harbors, and excellent facilities, they have been a popular destination for ships of all sizes since the beginning of the 20th century. On the ABC Islands, Curoil is the sole supplier of bunker fuel products.
Through the years, we have built long-term commercial relations with ship owners, shipping agents, charterers, brokers, traders, refineries and utility companies from around the world, particularly in the Americas and the Caribbean region and has gained the reputation of being a reliable bunker supplier. Annually, we deliver an average of 2 million barrels of fuel to local, regional, and international customers. The variety of high-quality bunker fuel products are delivered within a short turnaround time, either onshore, inshore, or offshore.

Services
On the ABC Islands, onshore bunkers are delivered via pipeline or truck, while inshore and offshore bunkering are provided to vessels by Curoil’s own fleet of barges and tankers. Bunker-only vessels, container vessels, refinery vessels, militarily vessels, cruise ships, oil rigs and mega yachts are all served according to their specific needs.
With state-of-the-art bunkering installations and 24 /7 year-round bunkering services, ships can be served simultaneously at several wharfs in the harbors, avoiding costly delays. Fuels can be delivered either ex-pipe, by truck or barge and are in compliance with ISO 8217:2012 standard.
